Registration Fees

The fee structure for the 2011-2012 broomball season is listed below. Team fees are submitted to the province by the region. (Regions may add additional fees).

Intermediate	$255.00
Men Masters (40+)	$255.00
Women Masters (35+)	$255.00
Young Masters (30+)	$255.00
Co-Ed	$255.00
Recreational	$190.00

Junior (ages as of Dec. 31 of playing season)

Juvenile (19 & under)	$210.00
Midget (under 16)	$185.00
Bantam (under 14)	$185.00
PeeWee (under 12)	$185.00

Officials

Major Officials	$60.00
Minor Officials	$15.00

Deadlines

Nov. 25, 2011	Initial player signing - No deletions after this date
Nov. 30, 2011	Team registration due to Regional Associations
Dec. 1, 2011	Entry and bond money for Jr. and Sr. Nationals
Dec. 15, 2011	Registration package due to FBAO - Gerry Wever

With forms and money:

Dec. 15, 2011	Bond money for both Senior and Junior Provincials for each team attending these events ($300.00)
Dec. 15, 2011	Entry fee for teams going to Senior Provincials ($325.00 per team), including Wild Card
Dec. 15, 2011	Each region to send number of Junior Teams coming to Junior Provincials in each division to Robert Hunking
Jan. 15, 2012	Final players signing
Jan. 15, 2012	Entry form and $425.00 entry fee to Junior Provincials
Jan. 15, 2012	Remember to seed your PeeWee Teams.
Jan. 20, 2012	Team registration final to be in to regional associations
Feb. 1, 2012	Final registration into FBAO – Gerry Wever

Each team must have at least one signed team official.

NOTE: Individuals may register as a player until January 15^th of the playing season, as long as they are not already registered as a player. Individuals may register as a team Official, Major or Minor Officials and/or Executive until January 15^th of the playing season, even if they are already signed.

Tournament Sanctioning Fees

Send to Janet Buchanan at least 2 weeks before the event takes place.

Sanctioning Fee - send to Lesley Squibb	$75
Liquor Liability - send to Janet Buchanan	$132.74 per day + HST = $150.00/day

Regional Affiliation Fees

NOTE: This fee has been waived for the 2011-2012 season.

Regional Championship Sanction Fee	$100.00
Junior Program (Regional Contribution)	$400.00
Rules Interpretation (Cost Sharing)	$300.00
Regional Affiliation Fee	$200.00
Total Regional Affiliation Fee	$1,000.00
